These conditions apply to every stay and every reservation at Beau'Mer.
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Beau'Mer website. These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and to all our services: overnight stays, table and breakfast reservations and gift vouchers. By visiting and using our website, or by making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
Website: the Beau'Mer website, available at https://beau-mer.com.
User: any visitor to the website.
Services: all services offered by Beau'Mer, including overnight stays, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Products: all products sold by Beau'Mer, including gift vouchers.
3. Applicability
These terms apply to every use of our website, to all services we offer and to all agreements we enter into with our users and guests.
4. Use of the website
The content of this website is intended for general information purposes only. Prices, opening hours and menus may change.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights to the content of the website, including texts, images, logos and software, belong to Beau'Mer or its licensors. Copying, distributing or publishing material from the website without our prior written consent is not permitted.
6. Reservations and payments
All reservations and orders are subject to availability and only become final after our confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse a reservation or order on reasonable grounds.
Rooms are booked through our online booking platform, where the payment and cancellation terms stated with your booking apply. Room rates are per room, per night, VAT included; tourist tax may be charged separately.
Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00, check-out until 11:00. All rooms are non-smoking; damage to the room or its contents may be charged.
Table and breakfast reservations can be cancelled free of charge; please let us know in good time via info@beau-mer.com or by phone.
Payments must be made using the methods we indicate.
7. Gift vouchers
A gift voucher has a unique code and is valid for one year from purchase. It can be spent on an overnight stay, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
A digital gift voucher is delivered by e-mail; a gift voucher can also be collected at the brasserie.
A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and can no longer be used after its expiry date.
8. Liability
Beau'Mer is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of this website or the inability to use it.
Beau'Mer is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except in the event of intent or gross negligence. Force majeure releases us from our obligations.
We are not responsible for the content of external websites that can be visited through links on our website.
9. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and take effect upon publication. A confirmed reservation is governed by the terms in force at the time of booking.
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Belgian law. We are happy to discuss complaints directly first via info@beau-mer.com. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of West Flanders.
